Medications & supplements for weight gain have adverse health effects. Try diet & activity changes instead. Have buffalo or cow milk. (Hot/ cold) with milk powder. For weight gain in a healthy way, 1. Have 3 litres water daily. 2. Have frequent meals comprising foods high in nutrient & energy density but low in volume. Ex: fruit & almonds milkshake, cheese potato chicken sandwich, egg curry, rice/ atta maida roti with ghee, til chikki, dry fruits, premix, malt, soybean cutlets, fish fingers, stuffed parathas, banana, dates, mango. 3. Avoid water with or just before meals 4. Have 15 mins light walk before main meals to enhance appetite. Consider getting a thyroid test done to rule out hyperthyroidism. 5. Practice 30 mins strength exercises daily for weight gain.

Hello, It will not hep unless the diet from your end is correct. Liv 50 doesn't help in weight gain, it only helps liver to metabolise things efficiently.
