Please suggest me some exercise to reduce my tummy. A few months before I had a mis carriage is it safe to do exercise to reduce tummy.

Safest way to tighten your tummy after miscarriage is Tummy massage. It is mild, safe , will strengthen your internal organs by draining your lymphatic system, will suit you best as you would be planning further to concieve in future. Simply take pure Sesame oil or add 15 drops each of following essential oils ( Lemongrass + Cypress, and Grapefruit ) in 50 ml Sesame oil. Massage empty stomach, morning and evening. Massage in circular motion, starting front neval and gradually increase the circle size. Give few stroke in upward direction too. After massage take 1 glass lukewarm water or 1 cup herbal tea. ( must to take) .
