Coffee, tea and energy drink can make you feel energetic for an instance, but have negative effects too. For safer side, You can use Water with added Glucose. It will keep your alert prior and during exam. As our brain needs only glucose to work. Take Sips from glucose added water in every 30-40 minutes during exam. Have your breakfast 1-2 hours prior exam, Take something light (sanwich/ Idli/ Cheela / Poha) and 1 Cup Fresh Curd (can take Yakult too/ or any other probiotic drink).

Hi, As you have such query I would like to advice ,natural methods are much better but if you are so much stressed, you can have tea and Coffee ; even drinking more water help.
