Hi, am doing regular heavy workouts. in between workouts I take glucose (glocon-d nimbu pani) instead of water to gain much energy. Is that good to take glucose daily. I add 5 teaspoons to 800 ml of water. Do that increase my sugar level?

1. Its okay to take glucose in between workouts. 2. It will not create any other problems since you are already doing heavy workouts and your body needs instant energy.
