I have lost my 10 kg in last 4.5 months. But still I am having fat near my stomach. I am following each and every thing, what is essential. I am not over weight but still having tummy and love handle. I go gym too. But no result since last month. What to do? Please guide me.

If anything else is not working , do massage. Do 20 minutes navel and stomach massage with sesame oil . If possible, add following essential oils: Cyprus oil, Lemongrass oil, Grape fruit oil (15 drops each) with 50 ml Sesame oil and massage in circular motions followed by massage in upward direction . After massage take chamomile herbal tea. will see visible results in just 10 days.
