I am 36 year old last five years suffering from depression. Reason of depression 7 years ago. I have sex with a stranger girl. There after I told my Friend about sex .my friend joke me that you got hiv .I have hiv test 4 time in every 6 month gap but result negative. Please tell me solution&treatment please help me.

There is no any reason to worry as HIV test results are negative. Are you married? Did you have sex relations with any woman other than your wife? If no then never go again for HIV test. Now don't think much about this. Forget the past & try to enjoy the present. There are lot many reasons & things to live life. Practise physical exercise regularly. Try to be engaged in your routine work. Spend much time in your hobbies. Always think in positive manner. Life is a most beautiful thing like a gift. Do not spoil it by thinking in wrong way.
