It seems you need to maintain your oral hygiene, if you are suffering from bleeding in gums too, pls cut down on your smoking, start brushing with soft brush and apply soft pressure, see, the tooth you lost, have any root pieces left, bec of which your getting pain, the cavities, if you have will not get treated on its own, it has to be treated and filled, use chlorhexidine mouthwash for one week, as per instructions, use floss regularly.
