Under eye dark circles can be caused by a host of different things like heredity, allergies ,poor sleep, dietary deficiencies, melasma, sun exposure, excess caffeine consumption etc. Treatments include eye cream, intense pulsed light therapy, skin resurfacing and injectable fillers, but before you choose one it's important to consult your dermatologist to determine the exact cause. Meanwhile you may try certain home remedies that have been found to give good results in such cases: Applying lemon juice, potato juice, tomato juice, cucumber, rose water etc.

Dark circles appear when the skin under the eyes becomes discoloured or dark. They are mainly caused due to aging, inadequate sleep, heredity, or even stress. Sometimes, darkening below the eyes can be due to extreme emotional fatigue or depleted adrenals, due to stress or medication. For chronic issues, it is best to have a one-to-one consultation to ensure a proper case analysis, prescription and case management. A professional homeopath should be contacted as homeopathy should help for your condition.
