Hello lybrate-user, your weight shuld be between 65 - 75, acc to your height. I think your metabolism will really very fast, so that ever you Eat, it metabolice very fast. So do not be woory, include each and every fruits and veg in your diet. Add protein evey day like - egg, soya paner, dals etc. Add milk and milk products in your diet.
