Symptoms of diarrhea are- abdominal cramps, abdominal pains, urgency to go to the toilet, frequent passing of loose, watery feces. Nausea and vomiting, bloating, thirst and weight loss. If you are suffering from any of these symptoms and motion levels are more than 2-3 it will cause weakness along with fever, lethargy and paleness in body. Its treatment are-
1) Sip on clear, still liquids such as fruit juice without added sugar, replacing lost water after each loose stool with at least one cup of liquid
2) Do most of the drinking between, not during meals
3) Consume high-potassium foods and liquids - examples include diluted fruit juices, bananas
4) Use high-sodium foods and liquids - broths, soups, Khichdi (combination of cooked pulse and rice together with plain light salt.
Antidiarrheal medicine are also available.
