I an 19 years of age & suffering from bloating stomach because of not having lunch on time. What should I do to get back to flat stomach naturally and what should I avoid doing?

Dear Sahil.Don't worry.It is a simple problem.Try to take food regularly in time .Avoid spicy food junk food.Take following. Shankha vati 2tabs morning and night after meals with hot water. Avipathikara churnam 4gms at night with hot water at bed time. Have a nice day.
