I am suffering from Fear of anxiety since more than one year. I do feel excessive fear of anxiety when interacting with girls. I do feel frequently anxious. When I am going in front of girls, MY HEART STARTS BEATING 100 TIMES PER MINUTE. I suffer terribly from low self - esteem. I do have difficulty with social interactions .My hands or other body part seem to shake involuntarily. Fear of anxiety are getting worse over time. I tried meditation but it didn't help me. For talking to girls, I practiced a lot. But it didn't help me .Please suggest me the best advice.
