As per my Blood Test Report 25-OH VITAMIN D TOTAL is very low and is only 9.02 ng / ml against the normal level of 30 - 80 ng / ml. However, as per the same Blood Test Report my Calcium Level is Normal at 9.28 mg / dl. I have heard that VITAMIN D is required to maintain Calcium Level. Is this true? Do I still require to take CALCIROL sachet for VITAMIN D Deficiency? I prefer Allopathy.
