Dear Lybrate-user, You should consume protein-rich, carbohydrate-rich and calcium-rich foods daily. The foods which you should include in between the main meals are: sprouted salad, milk shakes, veggie soups, fruit smoothies. Do consume double-toned milk twice in a day. You should eat at a gap of 90 minutes, thereby preventing the secretion of HCL to produce in the stomach. Avoid the consumption of caffeine (present in tea/coffee/chocolates/soft drinks) as these stimulate the acid production.
