Hi sir I am extremely anxious and worried about hiv as I had a protected sex with a girl in massage parlour in thailand and after almost 1 month I felt a slight gum pain which at lower back of teeth after just that I got to know that my lower wisdom tooth is coming and erupted then after couple pf days I started having cheek biting on the same area just above the wisdom tooth which I tended to do further more and developed swelling there and a painless white bump with linea alba too (frictional keratosis) just to that my dentist told me that it is normal due to cheek biting. And he grinded my teeth in shape with some antibiotics, after that everything slowly disappeared and after just that almost 2 months and 20 days I developed jock itch followed by a ring type rash in my inner thigh which I just remembered I got it as I went to my cousin's place and he is also severely suffering from jock itch and he lives at a quite damp place in delhi and as far as I know I used his towel as well there and just after a week coming from my cousin's home I developed medium to sever itching in my buttock then inner thigh. Followed b a ring type rash in the inner thigh bring on medicines almost after 40 days now the rash has disappeared but there is some skin discoloration around that Are where there was rash which is concerning me that the rash do not comes again or is it gone or not All this concerned me when I checked symptoms of hiv on google and still concerning me very much as I love my family so much and I know thats was my fault in thailand but it was a protected exposure with that girl following all the concerns I had 3 hiv tests 1.at 84 days post exposure it was an hiv card test - came negative 2.At 107 days post exposure hiv rapid tridot test - came negative 3 - at 110 days post exposure - a fourth generation hiv 1/2 antibody and p24 antigen test - which also came negative with a reading of 0.11 Still being on google everyday there is a lot of confusion regarding window period vast majority say it is 3 months some say it is 6 months for rare cases, this is concerning me more as I hope I am not a rare case of hiv I am so much stressed out and full of anxiety and do not know what to do seems like I am fixed in a deep well and I want to make the situation clear so that I can move out with my life further Further I am having white tongue with sometimes feeling that there is something in my throat. While swallowing food with no pain I think this is a cause of stress and anxiety since months, more importantly. Sometimes I see there is no white tongue appearance and sometimes I see that there is white tongue appearance in morning which gets reduced. After I do brushing and same is with the feeling of swallowing food that something is in my throat which usually comes to almost a week after I visit my dentist and apply oral cream which he suggested to apply just because of teeth grinding! I do not know what all is this. And I need a good suggestion as google is making me confused and paranoid more about hiv like this symptom maybe of hiv or that symptom maybe of hiv Anyways I hope that my results of hiv are conclusive out of the window period specially the hiv combination or duo test which has a window period of 1 month or less and which I had at 110 days mark, almost close to 4 months Please I will be so grateful for a valuable suggestion about hiv test and to conclude that am I hiv free?
