Around 2 months ago, I sat on a massage chair machine and it pressed my shin really hard. It had some air packets on both sides which will be inflated to press a body part. Since then I am having shin pain whenever I do jumping. Normal walking/cycling/swimming are fine. I am a runner and want to get back to running as soon as possible. How to heal this injury fast. I am avoiding impact on the shin right now. What more can I do?
