How do I reduce weight without perspiration as my skin doctor has told me that my seborrheic dermatitis becomes worse on chest and face due to sweat. Hello dear, Your ideal weight should be 68 - 72 kg. Definitely you need to reduce atleast 10 kg of your body weight. You should prefer to take healthy foods which have high fibre and low fat. Like ; sprouts, multi grains, oats, daliya, fruits. Etc. You can also do mild exercises like walking, cardio etc for 20 minutes a day.
