hello sir, you have to change your eating habits like always eat breakfast. you have heard it before, but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Eat small frequent meals, eat healthy snacks( bananas, nuts, avocados, popcorn), choose your favourite food, eat less fiber . DO some light exercise , it really help to stimulate your appetite because your body is designed to crave more energy from food after burning calories, so will always feel hungrier after exercise
