Day 0 and day 3 the doctors at the hospital gave me vacrabies vaccine which is made on Vero cell and today on day 7 the gave me rabipur which made on chick embryo cell. Will this change affect my vaccination effectiveness. Please help.

These are just cell lines used to produce the antigen (vaccine. The end result is the same, both have the same ability to serve as a vaccine. The differences between these formulation potential to cause side effects (which is minimal).
