Don't take junked, fried, oily food. Always use easily digestible food. Take salad in dinner and lunch. Use 3-4 litter water daily. If you need diet plane for you ,then plk consult me privetly. On my Lybrate id. Thanx.

Dear Mohd, Please a good protein shake which will help you for work out and will give you strength to your muscles and bones. Also maintain hydration with adequate water intake and additional fruit juices especially now in summer days and even regularly.all the best.
