Hi, the best time to take rice is lunchtime and not in dinner. Also have rice 3-4 times in a week if you don't want to lose weight & just wan to maintain your weight. If you want to lose some weight, have rice only 1 -2 times in a week in lunch time only, Also remove the starch water while cooking rice so that it does not gain weight.
