In ramdan which food should be good for health I do fasting. And I feel lazy at evening I think some weakness. Please suggest some good food.

You must have a healthy meal in the early morning and not skip it. Including whole grains and protein rich non fried foods is good. Add some electrolytic drink like jeera water lime juice kokam sarbat etc during the hours you can drink water. Break the fast with fruits khajoor or nuts and then have a light meal for dinner. Avoid too oily fried or spicy foods as timings are different so digestion is impaired.
