We all say that every individual should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day ,right. I just wanted to ask that what if I change the plain water and start having lemon water, fruit or vegetable infused water, jeera water ,sauf water and juices instead of plain one. So that would complete my days water quota but will it be fine to do this or shall I make any changes. please suggest some interesting ways to consume water like I mentioned above.

For some people It is difficult to consume plain water as it is bland. It is very much healthy to put lemon, mint leaves , sauf etc. It will taste better and can be easily taken.
