My digestive system is not working properly whatever I eat includes junk food and I feel so heavy n my stomach comes out and I go toilet once in two day what to do please help me doctor.

First of all you have improve your diet . Due to irregular food habits , fast food fried items there is inflation in your colon which is causing heavyness in your abdomen after food . Your digestive system is alright but what you are eating is not alright. Continue the same kind of food stuff you were eating when you were young. Don 't change your food type. Stop eating junk food in place of lunch or dunner, avoid fried stuff. Take more of Fibre vegetables and fruits. A plantain a day. Once your motion is smooth bloating of stomach will come down. Stools must be passed every day.
