Macprox 600Gm Tablet is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID), which is used to treat people suffering from arthritis. This medicine works by reducing pain, swelling and stiffness of the joints in arthritic individuals. It is administered orally, and is commonly available in the form of a tablet.

Your dosage is based on your age, body weight and response to medication. You are advised to drink a full glass of water while taking this tablet. Do not lie down until at least 10 minutes have passed since you took the tablet. If you experience stomach upsets after taking this medication, take it along with food, milk or an antacid.

Inform your doctor if you have had allergic reactions to Macprox 600Gm Tablet or other NSAIDs in the past. Also notify your doctor if you have had medical conditions that include the following: asthma, liver disorders, gastrointestinal problems, blood problems, nasal polyps, heart disorders, stroke, and high blood pressure. You are strongly advised to limit your alcohol intake and to stop smoking while on this medication, as they might increase the risk of stomach bleeding. This drug could cause kidney problems in some patients. Elderly people are more susceptible to developing kidney problems and stomach bleeding.
