Increasing weight requires loading with good bacteria in the gut for the better absorption of nutrients. You need to take probiotics to keep the undesirable growth of bacteria in check. This you need to continue for at least a week and then a high calorie plus high protein shall be advised. This will ensure the maximum absorption of nutrients at the right time.
