Weight gain through diet & strength exercises is healthy way. Medicines have adverse health effects. 1.Have buffalo or cow milk. (Hot/ cold) with milk powder. For weight gain in a healthy way, 2. Have 3 litres water daily. 3. Have frequent meals comprising foods high in nutrient & energy density but low in volume.
