In order to gain weight in a healthy way, you may follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 litres water daily 2. Have small frequent meals at an interval of 2-3 hrs instead of 3-4 large meals 3. Enjoy your meals without any distractions 4. Avoid drinking water with or just before meal 5. Avoid unhealthy/ heavy snacks as it curbs appetite for main meals 6. Include nutrient & calorie dense foods in your diet. Ex: almond milkshake, banana, mango juice, til ladoo, french toast, paneer paratha with ghee, premix, malt, thick creamy chicken veg soup, fatty fish-cutlets, peanut butter. 7. Have potato, white bread, white rice with ghee. 8. Avoid junk/ street foods 9. Walk for 15-20 mins before main meals to increase appetite.
