About Flexon+ Tablet

Flexon+ Tablet treats inflammations as well as pain. It acts as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that controls hormones in the body which cause pain and inflammation. It thus offers relief from several problems like toothache, headache, arthritis, pain in the back, other types of small injuries and menstrual cramps.

This medicine is a combination of Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Caffeine. The drug is suitable for adults as well as children who are 6 months and above. Ensure that you do not take Flexon+ Tablet If you have health problems like -

Ask you medical practitioner if you can take Flexon+ Tablet. The drug should not be taken during the last trimester of pregnancy as it has been found that it can harm the fetus. Research has not revealed if the drug is harmful for infants who are still breast feeding. In this case it is best that you take your doctor’s advice.

You will experience a few side effects when you take this medication. In case of Flexon+ Tablet some minor side effects that may occur are anemia, vomiting, hypertension, hemorrhage, low hemoglobin levels and eosinophilia. These side effects are quite common and will go away in some time.

    This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that works by inhibiting the enzymes cyclo-oxygenase I and II. It leads to a decrease in the synthesis of prostaglandins that regulate fever, inflammation, pain, and swelling. Caffeine is a stimulant that affects the central nervous system and is one of the most common psychoactive drugs. Adenosine receptors get deactivated when the drug is consumed and leads to an increase in energy. The drug is a pain relief medication that selectively inhibits enzyme function in the brain which allows it to treat pain and fever. It activates certain receptors in the brain that inhibit pain signals.
