    Oatmeal is a rich source of fiber and nutrients. Oatmeals also contain electrolytes like potassium and magnesium which help to maintain the electrolytic balance in the body. Oatmeal reduces the water from stools and bulks it.

    Direction:You can add oat bran in a pan containing hot water and cook it for some time. You can eat it once cooked.

  7. Apple cider vinegar:

    Apple cider vinegar possess antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help to fight against infection in the intestine. It kills the bacteria causing loose motion because of its antibacterial properties.

    Direction:You can take apple cider vinegar by adding 2 spoons of it in lukewarm water.

  8. Yoghurt:

    Yoghurt is a kind of probiotics which contains healthy gut bacteria. These healthy bacteria fight with unhealthy bacteria in the gut region and prevent loose motion. Yoghurt also facilitates the proper digestion of food in the stomach.

    Direction:Either you can eat plain yogurt or you can take it by adding salt and pepper to it.
