hello, At your age it is very easy to fall in love. But this is not true love only infatuation. When the girl also does not listen to you that means she does not care for your feelings. She is not worth your attention. She doesn't love you. Take your mind off her and do some thing constructive. Pay attention to your studies. This time won't come again. Think of your future and your parents . Join a gym , exercise and eat proper healthy food. Don't sit idle and whenever you start thinking about her indulge your self in any work. Do meditation and pranayam.

When its ideal to have fruits/dry fruits and milk, empty stomach or after meal, which help to extract maximum out of it?
Hello, Morning is one of the best time to eat dry fruits like almonds and walnuts. Your body needs to start fresh and healthy and it helps you to go through your entire day at peace. It can be taken as a snack be it before lunch or in the evening. They will provide energy and strength to continue with your routine and at the same time fill your stomach for a short-period. Fruit should be eaten alone or with other fruit on an empty stomach. This is because when fruit is eaten, the digestive process works very quickly and our body uses different enzymes to digest the fruit. The best time to eat a bounty of fruit is either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or as a mid-morning snack in between breakfast and lunch. Drinking milk in the morning is not advised as it is heavy to digest. Drinking milk in the afternoon promotes strength in old people; it also helps to alleviate certain medical conditions such as urinary calculi or stones. Drinking milk in the evening is beneficial for the eyes. Night is the best time to drink milk as it reduces tiredness and is helpful for inducing good sleep.

Hello, During night, oily food, junk food, sweets, chocolates, heavy-to-digest food, non vegetarian food, cold or frozen food, ice creams, large quantity of food, curd, etc should be avoided or taken in very little quantities. Diet plan for night – healthy low carb diet, which is easy to digest, are preferred during night. Curd at night is to be replaced with butter milk. Chapatis are better than rice. The quantity of food should be limited. The rule of thumb is – the food that you take should make your stomach feel light. Generally during sleep, we require less energy. so, if we eat in large quantities at night, most of the energy produced out of the food is stored in the body, causing fat deposition and weight gain.

Hello, For a diabetic exercise is very important -- walking, yoga, swimming, jogging, aerobics. It controls your sugar levels. Eat more veggies -- non starchy ones (no peas, potatoes or corn) and minimise your salt intake. Eat whole grain foods. Take fish at least twice a week and have beans or soy products or skinless chicken instead of meat. Eat fresh fruits -- apple, papaya, pear. Eat healthy fats in small quantities. No butter or creamy stuff. Avoid chips, fatty snacks. Stay hydrated. Avoid full fat dairy products, fried foods, foods made of white flour, jams, canned fruits, sweetners. And DON'T starve yourself. Remain stress free.

Hello, Regular milk consumption has been linked to muscle growth, repair and strength. It is also enriched with choline and potassium. Packet milk undergoes pasteurization that kills disease-causing germs. It is always better to stick to pasteurized milk and be safe as raw milk consumption may also trigger milk-borne pathogen infections. Milk products, especially yogurt and milk, provide potassium. Vitamin D functions in the body to maintain proper levels of calcium and phosphorous, thereby helping to build and maintain bones.

Hello, If you continue to lose weight over an extended period of time due to a decrease in your appetite, you can lose too much weight. In some cases, you can easily pinpoint the reasons for your loss of appetite and weight loss. For example, if you're feeling more nervous, stressed or tense than usual, this is likely contributing to your lack of appetite. If you're not experiencing general life issues that could be contributing to your appetite and weight loss, and you're unintentionally losing too much weight, discuss the issue with your doctor.

Hello lybrate user, Yes , there's no harm in giving your little one oats. In fact he should be given everything that is homemade but in small quatities.Having simple oats helps in reducing weight as it contains both fibre and protein which will keep you full for a long time. If you add milk, sugar, nuts, cream, fruits in it, it's calories will increase which will help in increasing your weight.
