I am looking to reduce my belly fat. My aim is to get a flat stomach. To achieve this I am doing cardio for 30 minutes with abs exercise on a daily basis. Also I have completely avoided sugar in my diet. As a part of the diet shall I have curd? Suggest some best natural supplements to have like badam pista.

Hi Sathish Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.
