Shakiraji, Drinking water before a meal, during a meal and after a meal, is basically depends upon individuals habit. There are no great advantages or disadvantages with it. It is some times said that drinking water post lunch dilutes digestive juices (enzymes), which is not true at all. So do it as you feel convenient to yu. But taking enough water is really beneficial.
