My lower legs start paining after walking a mile or two. It happens every time I walk for long. I researched online and found issue relating to lower back and nerve regarding issues. My lower back does not pain, only the lower legs after walking for long.

Dear user, it might be due to weakness and insufficient oxygenation to your muscles leading to pain. Also due to K,Na imbalance pain / crams arises. All you can do is take warm water bath or dip your feet fully in Luke warm water for sometime and take electrolytes along with these use a remedy Rhus Tox 200 twice for 5 days and then consult back for permanent restoration.
