How does counting on calories help reduce weight. If I take 1200 cal per day and burn 200 cal per day. If I burn7700 calories per week that means I lose 1 kg weight. So my question is how much weight I am going to lose as per my diet plan. 1200 calories in a day with 200 calories burn with exercise.

Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, ?Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) ?Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, ?Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, ?Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. ?Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. ?Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level �?� go for cycling, jogging,skipping, gardening,swimming, either ?� Under noted Foods� be avoided. Normally a woman requires about 1800 calories per day. If you eat 1200 means deficiency of 600 food + 200 Exercise = 800 daily deficit. In ten days you will lose 8000 cal. That is equal to a Kg (7700 to be precise)
