I am a 26 years boy. My height is six feet. I am a vegetarian .i have tried many things to gain weight but all just went in vain. Can you please suggest me a vegetarian diet to gain weight. Presently my weight is 63 kg.

Hello, Have milk, smoothies, paneer, soya , green veggies, beans, sprouts, (of chick peas, black chana, moong daal ), fruits, protein shakes, chocolates, ghee ( add additional spoon in your daals), all types of daals, rice....Increase your intake of food and have frequent meals.Do some exercise also.
