I had fits last week and some times my heart even start beating fast wanted to know the reason, regards I am 41 years old BP is normal and why I do get?

Get BP checked. Get ecg and echo - ultra sound of heart in the mean time when ever you have this problem take a glass of water, sprinkle ice cold water on face and take deep breath and force the air out with nose and mouth closed as you do when you r constipated - relax, go for morning walk for 30 mts and do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts report result on private chat for further advise.
