My 11 year old daughter who has secondary glaucoma and chronic constipation is on puberty stage .What vitamins and minerals substitute I can give her to manage her body's growing requirements as she also has constipation. Does the puberty process impacts eye health too as I can see heavy fluctuations in her eye pressures? I feel good vitamins, calcium and vitamin d intake can stabilize her pressures too. I do give her 3-4servings of fruits and 2 vegetables too in a day.
