Had you been careful looking to balanced body E and P, you could have raised this mean 46 years to more youth ages .but if even now change life styles with nuts sproutes omegas fat free milk / no white sugars fats .change can come .off course lot of water /exercise / and no stress 7 hrs sleep and live in present in social circle happily .all is done .make evening diet at 700 as soups only.
