try to find out the cause of constipation ., most of the Change of place and timings also affects a lot .... have a glass of warm water in the morning and do some yoga asana like Pawan musta asana mandukasan etc.... fix a time for ur motion .

Medications: Sleeping medicine, Pain killers, Antacids and Iron supplements Should avoid late night sleep, drink Ginger tea it helps bowel movements. Take honey in lukewarm water and drink on an empty stomach in the morning Drink plenty of water, minimum 8-10 glasses of water daily. Take fiber rich foods like Pineapple, papaya, guava, vegetables like beans and cereals.
