This  is mainly because of gingivitis i.e. inflammation of your gums so you need to maintain your oral hygiene and maintain your gums healthy to avoid bleeding. Don't brush too harsh and use soft bristled tooth brush and don't put more pressure on your gums they will not bleed if you maintain this.

This is cause of gingivitis, take some vitamin C supplements and get an appointment from a qualified dentist to get your teeth cleaned.

Kindly rinse with mouthwash eg listerine .two times daily for 15 days. In case the problem is not solved kindly visit dentist to get cleaning n polishing done.

Hello, bleeding from gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
