Hello, Hope you are doing well. I have just started my gym workout again after a gap of 6 months and want to continue the same now. I want to know below things to achieve my goal, which is to get fit in next 6 months, I weight 79 kg right now. Target is 72 kg in next 6 months 1. Which raw vegetables I should take to get the adequate amount of protein as I am a vegetarian. 2. Things to eat before my breakfast, first thing in the morning. 3. What all I can or should include in my dinner. 4. Things to avoid in Lunch. 5. Any good protein powder you can suggest for my workout. Would be great if you can suggest me a basic eating plan (Diet Plan) to kick start workout. Thanks,
