My father is suffering from obesity problem. N he couldn't reduce his weight. His age is 60. Weight is .79. His b.p is now 100/140. He is non smoker. Non drinker. He has no serious health problems. But obesity. He is mentally worried now. He usually walks. But same result. Tell me. Food habit. Daily life style habit which will help him to reduce his weight. What to eat n what to avoid. please help me.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily ghee prepretions spacy fast junk foods take simple home made food with green vegitabales salad. Go for fast walking. Take ?eva slim tea 30 minutes before lunch end dinner for a month than consult me.

He should take high fiber low fat diet. Avoid outside food completely avoid junk and fast food. Avoid all oily stuffs. Do meditation daily.
