I advice you ,you should take natural source of vitamin D. Like certain marine fishes are known to be good source of vitamin D. Egg yolk, butter and milk have some vitamin D .you can include there food in your diet (paneer, orange, juice, curd ,coadliveroil, cheese, mushroom.)

Hello, You can always check with the physician regarding vitamin D supplements. Natural sources would be egg yolk, fortified milk and female, nonveg sources. Early morning exposure to sunlight helps.
