I have acidity and no proper time for meals. I am feeling very sad and due to my health and can not feel fresh and my stomach have also not proper in shape thats why I feel very upset and can not manage my daily routine and disturbed. What should I have to do? Is there easy things to do with daily life and live a good life? Thank you.
