I am suffering from ibs since 2010. Doctor gave me 3 year librax. And 2 year clirix d. When I leave this medicine in 2016. The symptoms back again. Stomach upset. Dizziness all the time. Confusion all the time. I go to neurologist he said that all symptom show that I have anxiety. He gave me jolly well 50 mg anti depression tablet. He said that this medicine take 6 to 8 weeks to start working. And he said that ibs is also related to brain and anxiety. So doctors what your opinion please tell me.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
