Hello doctor I'm 20 year old male. My cousin is 26 year old and she is unable to get pregnant because of her husband is not capable of having sex. So she decided to. Have kid with me. So I want to know is can I give my sperms to her to get pregnant .or should I have sex with her to become pregnant.

if the male partners suffer from impotence,its not synonymous to infertility,we can use his sperms to achieve pregnancy. complete evaluation needed both of your suggested options for achieving pregnancy is illegal in case of donor sperm,the donor is a unknown source whose semen is taken from an authorised bank after proper quarantine
