Hi Sir I am an Male Age 22 height 5.9 weight 49 my question is I am going to gym regularly and exercise daily for an hour I am fit have no any kind of medical problems only the things is mine weight do not increase even after taking a proper diet what should I do to? My gym trainer suggests me to take Dynabol oral tables with live52 tables and with other multivitamin and proteins? Should I go for it? What about taking deca durabolin Injection? A local doc said me it's OK if you take one or two is it?
