Simply dieting may not work in all the cases of dieting. Become physically active - start some outdoor activity like walking, running or any sport is your choice (be sure that you do not have any problems with your joints before doing that ). Do not skip any meal. Have frequent meals in small portions (each meal containing more of vegetables and fruits ). Have plenty of fluids .(10 - 12 glasses of water). Have patience and stick to your plans.

Hello Lybrate user, Dieting is not a solution for weight loss. Healthy eating is the key to it. You can initially lose 5 to 10 percent of your weight on any number of diets, but then the weight comes back. Eating in moderation is a good idea, and along with it regular exercise. Burn more calories than you eat. Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Drink at least 3-4 ltrs. Of water daily. Eat in small plates. Avoid fried foods and white flour products and fizzy drinks, fruit juices. Have cabbage soup, veg. Juices. If you want a proper diet chart and treatment you can contact me privately.
