Dear sir, I am having lower back pain since last couple of days. Its not sharp but sometimes I feel difficulty in moving down. Last couple of days I traveled a lot on motor bike is it cause the pain? Or there may be other reason. And please give me your valuable suggestions to get rid of the pain. Thank you.
